Gay City Wellness Center

Gay City: Seattle’s LGBTQ Center offers HIV testing and STI screening six days per week at two different locations. Donations are accepted as our grants only cover testing for select members of our community.

We offer Rapid HIV Testing (finger poke), HIV antibody testing, and screening for syphilis, chlamydia, gonorrhea, and Hep C.

Our Wellness Center is generally open Monday to Friday, 3:00PM – 8:00PM, and Saturday 12:30PM – 5:00PM. However, we provide testing at three additional locations and at various community events.

For more details, please contact us at 206-860-6969 or info@gaycity.org.

HIV Testing/STI Screening

Our HIV testing/STI screening services are donation-based. Grants only support limited testing of our trans, two-spirit, gender non-conforming, and non-binary people, and men who have sex with men. To get accurate HIV results, we recommend you leave 21 days between potential exposure and the day of your test.
Our testers cannot diagnose or treat any symptoms. Please see your primary physician or contact a physician for assistance.
If you are concerned that you have been exposed to HIV in the last 72 hours, please visit Harborview Medical ER.
