What do visits look like?

After submitting a new patient form, Kelley-Ross Pharmacy staff will call you to schedule two initial visits.

  • The first appointment is approximately 60 minutes, during which the provider discusses treatment plan options, medication impacts, and potential side effects, and draws labs.
  • In the second appointment (approximately 30 minutes), the provider will answer additional questions, ask you to sign an informed consent and provide you with a prescription if you decide to start or continue hormone therapy.

You are the expert in your own experience, and you know your body and needs best. The care team at Kelley-Ross is here to help you meet your goals. We hope that through this partnership, we can help more of our communities experience gender euphoria. Please refer to Kelley-Ross’s website for more information or to get started.
