FALL 2025 – With the Federal government shutdown continuing into November and SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, otherwise known as food stamps or Basic Food in our State) benefits ending, we compiled this list of free and reduced cost food resources in the Greater Seattle Area. This list was specially curated by Seattle’s LGBTQ+ Center staff. For more support, please call us at 206-860-6969 during our hours, or call 211.

Please check with each particular resource before traveling to them to verify that they can meet your particular needs.

Access this list as a Google Doc for easy printing here.
