Your LGBT Library
In 2009, Gay City Health project began to house and staff the LGBT Lending library after the closing of the Seattle LGBT Community Center. Since then, the Gay City LGBT Library has grown to a collection of over 3,500 books that cover a wide range of LGBT topics.
The Gay City LGBT library is a valuable community resource. Books, CDs and DVDs are donated by community members, and can be checked out by community members for free with a valid ID. The library is staffed by volunteers, who are available for everything from answering a simple resource question to helping you pick out just the right book to read.

Male Intimacy: Gay Body Book Study
Date: Thu 3/15
Time: 6:30pm
Beyond wanting sex and intimacy with other men, what does being gay mean to us? Kevin Filocamo will be facilitating a free, ongoing monthly discussion to discover and reclaim more aspects of who we are as gay men. We will work with the book Gay Body: A Journey through Shadow to Self by Mark Thompson to start our conversation.
