Dear Community,
We love being a space that’s open and welcoming to everyone who walks through our doors. As we’ve grown, we’ve thought hard about how to use our time and resources so we can best serve LGBTQ+ individuals seeking affirming and responsive resources, services , and community. That means making some adjustments to the hours we are open as a drop-in space.
Starting September 8, 2026, our hours are:
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday (10 AM – 6 PM)
10 AM – 1 PM: Open to the community; drop in anytime
10:30 AM – 6 PM: Appointments and programming only
Thursdays (12:30 PM – 6:00 PM)
Appointments and programming only
Saturdays (9 AM – 5 PM)

We’re not going anywhere, and this space is still here for you to meet and gather. What’s changing is how we structure our time, so we can put more intention and resources into the services and programs that consistently center our mission and values.

This new schedule will run through the end of the year. We’ll evaluate how it’s working in the new year and adjust as needed with your feedback.

When are Seattle LGBTQ+ Center drop-in hours?
Beginning Sept. 8, community drop-in hours are Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 10 AM to 1 PM
What is available during the Center drop-in hours?
The Mutual Aid Closet, Library, and Resource Center will be available for community use.
Do I need an appointment to visit the Seattle LGBTQ+ Center?
During community drop-in hours, you can visit without an appointment. Outside those hours, the Center offers scheduled appointments and programming.
How do I schedule an appointment for Health Services?

Where is the Seattle LGBTQ+ Center?
The Center is located at 400 E. Pine St., Suite 100, in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood.
Are these hours permanent?
The new schedule will run through the end of 2026. The Center will evaluate the schedule in the new year and make adjustments as needed. That last point is already stated on your page.
