POCCAN is an organization serving people with HIV since 1987 and centering Black, Indigenous, Latinx, and other people of color. They offer some useful and essential resources during this critical time:
- Emergency Housing: Were you evicted? Still seeking a place to stay? We connect people in need of emergency housing, including during the COVID-19 pandemic.
- Youth and Student Support: We assist youth of color and connect them to the resources they need.
- Food Assistance & Distribution: When our community is in need, we respond. POCAAN is providing families and communities of color with food assistance during the COVID-19 pandemic.
