What do you mean by "building community"?

Gay City’s approach to gay and bi men’s health begins with the idea that we are our own best teachers. Community building allows that dynamic to occur. Bringing men together to talk about the substance of our lives through forums, special events, groups, workshops and more, allows for deeper interactions where we can learn from and support one another.

Do I need to be a 20-something, 30-something or a particular age to get involved?

Absolutely not. Everything we do, from the Gay City Crew monthly meetings to Community forums, Gay City University, and other events and programs, is for anyone and everyone of any age. We have many programs that provide a rich, fun, multi-generational experiences for all men in the community.

Gay City is an organization focused on the health of gay, bisexual and transgender men. Many of our events are open to people of all genders and sexualities, including our community forums. We believe in fostering collaborative efforts with organizations and individuals in the entire LGBT community and beyond.
