HIV Testing/STI Screening

Our HIV testing/STI screening services are donation-based. Grants only support limited testing of our trans community, men who have sex with men, two-spirits, gender non-conforming and non-binary people. To get the most accurate HIV results, we recommend you have 21 days between potential exposure and the day of your test.
Our testers cannot diagnose or treat any symptoms. Please see your primary physician or contact a physician. View our online database of LGBTQ-friendly physicians at
If you are concerned that you have been exposed to HIV in the last 72 hours, please visit Harborview Medical ER.
