La mision de CONSEJO es ofrecer servicios de salud mental que incluye tratamiento terapeutico y siquiatrico, prevention y tratamiento para el abuso de alcohol y grogas. Se ofrecen servicios para la prevencion de la violencia domestica. Servicios para adolescentes y jovenes incluyendo la prevencion e intervencion de la union con pandillas y tratamiento por el abuso de substancias. Programas de VIH y programas de vivienda a las personas y familias a traves de Washington para mejorar la calidad de sus vidas y participar en sus comunidades con el mas alto nivel de desempeno.
